Minx Hairdressing's aim is to ensure a smooth salon service, on time, in a relaxing environment. To do this we have to adopt a series of policies in which we ask you to read.
We value your time and business so we always ensure that we have made adequate professional stylist to attend to your appointments, whilst allowing the correct time to perform the service to the highest standards. Due to the effort and expense we go to insuring the time you have booked is enjoyable, we kindly request 24 Hours Notice should you require to Cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Alternatively 50% of the appointment cost will apply to your next visit.
Please plan your time carefully. If you are running late, we will endeavor to accommodate you the best we can, however we may not be an able to perform the full service as we do have to consider the schedules of following clients appointments.
While the last thing we want is for you not to be able to receive a preferred appointment time, it does happen. We do have to ability to pre-book appointment 1 year in advance. Please be aware that if our schedule is fully booked we do not double book , we will place you on a cancellation list.
Minx requires you to inform your stylist of any colour/chemical services (home or professional) that you have had in your hair.
